Electra had made her way up to the trophy room after dinner. She had not been fussed on returning to the common room so early, and the library did not really interest her. Not tonight anyways. She loved Drae's company but tonight she wanted to spend somewhere different.
In all her time at the school she had not come up to the trophy room. It had just never played any importance to her. Not until she bagn to read further and further into her grandfather's history. He had done great things in the school and it interested her to see what things would be there.
Opening the door El's dark eyes clamped onto the massive glass cabinets. As she walked in the sound of her heels hitting the cobbled floor echoed around her. She made her way slowly towards the cabinet. There were ribbons, rosettes, cups and plaques. Her eyes scanned along them all before they landed on the name 'Tom Riddle'.
Gently her fingers reached out and touched the glass. She desperately wished she could know her family.

His eyes had been on her all night, but not for the reason you would assume. As sexy as she was, his main reason wasn't for lust. No one would believe him if he tried to deny it because he tried his best to look as if he was, only to cover his real intentions of curiosity.
The her in question was none other than Electra Huntington. There was something about her that screamed not normal. Not the normal muggles would use as a comparison, but the normal among the wizarding world. She was a Slytherin and as such, they were full of rich purists and devious backstabbers for the most part which was very expected. All of them carried the scent of dark blood, but when she passed him, Vince could have sworn he smelt something more potent and familiar.
Already finished with his meal, he got up silently to follow her, giving the others a wink as if implying his pursuit was of the romantic kind. Almost as if he was stalking prey, he discreetly followed her to the trophy room on the 3rd floor, making sure not to get too close until the moment was right. Watching her from the door frame, the young werewolf saw her pause in from one of the glasses and put her hand on one of the case. Not able to resist, he came to stand just behind her as his piercing dark eyes switched between her and the several noted names on the plaques. Oddly enough, one of them was Tom Riddle himself.
Unsure if she noticed him yet or not, he spoke in her ear, his rough voice breaking the chilled silence around them, "Find anyone familiar?"

Riddle. It was a name she was proud of and yet she wasn't allowed to actually bear it as her own. It was a name that was associated with darkness and evil. Of course if he hadn't have messed up. She shook her head. No. She was grateful that he was her grandfather. A name in her family that stood out. Her mother and father had been nobodies. But names like Tom Riddle and Bellatrix Lestrange made people sit up and pay attention.
Electra jumped a mile high when she heard the rough voice in her ear. "Would it mean anything to you if I did?" she said silkily to him. El turned around slowly and looked up at him. "Hello Vincent." She was glad to see him in a sense. There was something about him that made her curious. Of course it had taken her a while to figure out what it was but his name Greyback had its own associations and that for her was a definate plus.

He couldn't help but be amused when she jumped in surprise. It was nice to know, even in human form, that he could remain as stealthy. His father had been determined to make sure Vince knew everything that he'd ben taught with his own father. Unlike Volemort, Fenrir still was very much alive. His father knew there would likely be a day he would come and visit and protective as he was, there was no way Nik would allow Vince to fall victim to family. So, after years of training, matters of stealth and killing had become second nature. Almost to the point that he was better with that than with his wandwork.
He returned her smile as she turned to face him, revealing a few of his sharper than natural teeth. After her initial scare though, it seemed her voice was composed as ever and soft enough it almost made him shiver underneath his somewhat shabby Gryffindor robes. Not withdrawaling from her in the slightest, he glanced down, his smile becoming a mischievous smirk, "Perhaps..Migh' mean we go' royalty before me tha' isna a Malfoy...Am I righ'?" A brow then rose as he finished his questioned, hoping he was flattering her enough to clue him in on the truth.

El's heart had stopped panicking from the scare he had given her. However he was not backing off and her mind told her this more more than just a casual social call. Electra couldn't decide whether it was a mistake or not to come up here alone. When Vincent smiled down at her, her decision was made. He was a Greyback and she wasn't going to run until she understood where he stood. Greyback though he was, Vincent was still a Gryffindor. It was that latter fact that did not bode very well with her.
Electra listened to him speak and scoffed. "I don't really think Malfoy is royalty." True enough they were her family. She had been happy to find Bellatrix and a loyal follower at that but royalty... that was going a bit far. Cowardice seemed to lace the blood there. "What's makes you think I might be a royal? Are you telling me you want to start calling me princess?" Her smooth voiced echoed slightly around them in the trophy room. There was no way Electra was going to start giving her secret out to anyone that pryed. Not this easily.

His gaze never wavered as he took in every twitch and movement her body had to offer. Vince had been taught at an early age that body language was just as, or even more, important than what is said out loud. It really came in use if he was trying to see if they were lying, if the words and movements appeared to be telling him two different stories. Right now, El seemed to be calming down a little from his previous entrance, but as far as the wall of trust, it still barred his path from what he wanted to know.
As she remarked on the Malfoys he slowly shook his head in agreement, "They think they are, but we both know none have the stomach for it. Even mah Gramps knew tha' way back then...Nothin' has changed...Bet tha' branch will rot off in the next few years.." The last bit seem to drop off as if it had been a secondary thought than a planned remark as his eyes finally moved away from her a moment as he glanced just behind her. However, that only lasted a few seconds before he looked at her again and continued, a sly grin returning, "Why be a princess if you could be queen?" He then placed a hand on the glass case, slightly leaning against it as he once again closed the gap between them. He knew he was likely invading her personal bubble, but he was pretty sure it was a move she expected him to make. Greybacks were well known for their take on delicious girls.
To finish his point and seal it in, he remarked in almost a conspiratory voice, "It's no' hard to tell yer made ta do great things.." He then took his free hand and touched her chin to make sure she was looking in his eyes..."Am I right?"

She shared a smile with him as she listened. "Perhaps it will rot off. I have a feeling there are a few who are worth their status." Trixie was definately one to wathc. There was a hunger in that girl that she liked. El had made a promise to herself to keep her close. Of course, if anything were to go wrong, it would be every person for themselves. Electra noticed his eyes move to behind her and she questioned whether he had caught the name she was looking at.
Queen? "Well I assume there is someone ahead of me in this royal lineage..." Electra said to him simply. Of course there wasn't but she wanted to see what Vincent knew and assumed. He was leaning against the glass now and the space between them had closed. This time Electra didn't move. If he got any closer she would have to but there was limited room.
His next words struck a chord with her and she glanced down at the floor. If there was a goal in Electra's life, it was to do something great. To be a known witch. Vince's hand touched her chin and she looked back up at him. "That's still to be decided." Electra told him simply. "Though, if you believe that, you have moved further up in my favour than you were."

Vince gave a slight shrug at her first comment. Whether she was right or not, it really didn't matter at this particular moment. He knew whatever would happen would likely put the blondies in the dust, and the real power he should focus on was the girl right in front of him. If any trouble was to boil to the surface there was a good chance the twins would be up to it and he wanted to make sure he was there. Vince had always had a problem with fear, or in his case, the lack of it. not many things could make the most savage werewolf's grandson cower and only two things did that: Being locked up in a small space or Fenrir himself. Since niether of these were an option at the time, he had the tendency to be reckless in his endeavors and, right now, he was starting to tread quicksand to hell.
To her second remark he retorted casually, "Well..if I remember correctly..the only one who could do that is long time dead...Matters of succession go to you..After all..it is a dog-eat-dog world around here..anything can happen.." Releasing her chin and returning his hand to his side, he have a slight bow of the head to her last statement, "Yer flatter me...Not always a safe thing with a Greyback..Migh' give me ideas.." He released a low chuckle as he continued to watch her reaction. How far would she let him go?

Vincent seemed to have a clear idea about what she was but Electra was still holding back. He was a Gryffindor and the issue of trust came into it. Could he be trusted? His name said yes, but the house was an issue. "Anything is possible. Just takes the right person to do it." Electra said with a shrug. "Maybe I will amount to something great. I guess part of that depends on the people I choose to keep close to me." Double meanings laced her words but it was up to him what he saw in it.
Electra wanted him on side. It would be valuable to them to have a Greyback on their side but it would take some time to know what he wanted and where he stood.
His hand dropped from her face and she cocked her head to a side. "I like a bit of danger. It gets boring if you play it safe all the time." Electra told him. She bit her plump bottom lip for a few seconds. "Depends on what the ideas are?" It was like playing a game of words and El wanted the upper hand. She was a Riddle and though temper seemed to be a problem words never had been.

Vince gave another nod as she went on about the possibility of her future and the importance of her connections. he could easily tell the double meanings in her little statement, and to his surprise, he found himself drawn to both. Didn't she know better than to tease him like this on the full moon? His emotions were on edge already, and even if he had more control than the others, didn't mean his barrier of control was impenetrable. Now was a perfect example of prodding his darker nature out and if she didn't stop, he might not have the strength to resist his feral desires or hunger.
And then she said it. She wanted danger and continued to prod about wanting to know the twisted thoughts he couldn't hold back from his mind. That and biting her lip as his now dialating eyes focused on those lips. She might as well uncaged the demon in him for without hesitation, he growled, "Like this.." And with that, he gave her a rough, long kiss.

El's eyes were focused on his and she could see a change in them but couldn't put her finger on what. His words came out in a growl and before she knew it Vincent's lips had descended on her own.
Within a few seconds a flurry of thoughts ran through her head. This was her first kiss. It wasn't that guys had not been interested in her. It was just that she had always brushed them off or Draevyn had made sure they stayed well clear of her. The last thing he wanted to deal with was Electra and a boy. The feel of his lips against hers made her heart thump against her chest. Vincent was a good looking lad. There was no doubt about that. However this was her first kiss and he had just taken it from her. She was a Riddle and this was over stepping a boundary.
Pulling away from it and backing into the cabinet she pulled out her wand. El was semi dazed from what happened. "Drae won't be impressed." Was the first thing to leave her mouth. "You're a Gryffindor. There's another motive here." Electra said to him cooly. She was regaining her composure even though her face was still tinged red. "Why do you want to play games Vincent?" Electra asked him. The tip of ebony wand lay on his chest where his heart was positioned.

Now, most in his position, with a wand at his chest and possibly a Riddle behind it, would have likely started to panic. However, if she were to feel his pulse. El would have felt a fairly steady heart rate. It might have been a little fast, but most of that was due to his present condition and excitement, not by fear. To express this, he took a slight step closer, allowing her wand to press harder on his heart. It was his silent way of showing whatever she had planned, or could possibly do, could not force him to back off or give an apology. Even now he still felt he had control of the situation before him..though that could have been the work of his feral dominance taking affect.
So when she retorted that her twin wouldn't be impressed, a dirty grin crossed his features as his eyes narrowed, "Tha' migh' be true, but I kissed you not him..So why should I need his approval?" Another small silence fell as she continued by saying he had other motives. it was true Vince did, but there was no need to let it slip even before the real fun began. he had already come up with a brilliant response in his part..the only thing that kept him from directly saying it was the unrelenting distraction of his wolf side trying to take control of the situation. Even so, he regained his composure after a minute and responded once again, somewhat growling as he nodded, "Yea ya don' miss a thing, do ya? I've been playin' games since I go' to this bloody castle..i' all started with the Hat. Everyone has no problem sortin' a Greyback in Slytherin, but wha' fun is tha' if I wanna cause trouble? So I did what Gramps would do..set myself up among the prey..Gryffindor was the only other house that had any glory in it..An here I am...So...what are ya going ta do about it? Ya wanted danger Princess..take it or leave it..."

He stepped closer and the pressure of his chest against her want grew. He wasn't afraid. Well as a Gryffindor he shouldn't be. It make her stand tall against him. She was a Riddle gor Melrin's sake. Nothing was going to knock her off course. Especially some mutt who liked to play games.
Why did he need his approval? She had no idea. El had always seeked Drae's approval. Since they were six and their life had flipped onto its head he was always there. Lately she had been separating from him and pasrt of her liked it. Wanted to prove that she was capable on her own. "You don't need his appoval. I was just saying." El wasn't scared of him.
Vincent was obviously bordering on feral now and Electra wanted to take charge of this. Moving her wand from his chest she let him finish what he had to say. "You are not failing to impress me tonight Vincent." It was almost a whisper. "I'll take it." Electra said. "It's interesting. I like it." Her hand was on his chest and she close the cap a little more. "I have a feeling you won't let me down where danger is concerned. Your grandfather didn't disappoint mine."
In that small sentence she showed she trusted him. "Only difference is that I will respect you."
It was no secret to her how Tom Riddle had behaved. Fenrir had been something that disgusted him. He had only recruited the werewolf to instill fear in people but Fenrir had never been close enough to become a death eater. She saw that as a downfall. What if Greyback had turned? That would have been too much trouble for her to imagine.
