bellatrix pulled her cloak around her shoulders as she had walked out of the castle. she smiled when she finally reached hogsmeade. the place was lovely to her. she thought the shops were lovely and the food was amazing. trixie made her way slowly through the town until she rested upon the three broomsticks.
her stomach began to growl as she smelled the food inside the inn. trixie looked around the building looking for a place to sit down. with a huff she couldn't really find one. however her grey blue eyes rested upon a head of blonde hair that she recognized. "daddy!" trixie said out loud.

 Draco was having one of those days, the ones where nothing seemed to be going his way. First the hot water cut off in the middle of his shower that morning, pelting him with cold water, then his assistant spilt his coffee all over his latest report and him, and then to top it all he was late. Like extremely late for a meeting with his youngest child, Bellatrix called most affectionately Trixie. He didn’t even know how time could have escaped him like that as he was never late for anything. It just wasn’t like him. He needed this meeting. It had been a stressful couple of days. He was crunched for a deadline, but he needed to get out, and what better way then a meething with his daughter. He walked into three broomsticks and searched for his daughter. She wasn't there. He sighed and ordered himself a drink, and waited for his daughter to arrive. He hadn't been waiting very long when he heard a familiar voice. "Hey princess," he said standing up and turning around to to face his daughter, "How are you."

trixie ran to her father and gave him a hug. "i'm wonderful!" she said with a big smile. bella looked at her fathers shirt. "what happened?" she asked him. "did your old age start kicking in?" trixie asked with a laugh. she hoped her father knew she was joking. she took a seat at the table and ordered a butterbeer and looked to her father. "you look down daddy. what happened?" she asked. bella could always tell when her father was down.

Draco smiled as she said everything was wonderful. He was glad that when everything seemed to be going wrong in his life, it was going good in his. He always wanted his children's life to be better than his own. He laughed along with her as she ask if his old age was kicking in. "Of course," he said laughing, "I'm just a ticking bomb, of old agedom." He shook his head as she asked what was wrong with him. Nothing, sweetheart, just a bad day."

trixie smiled when her father joked back with her. she loved her father always. "aw daddy, im sorry you're having a bad day." she said with a sigh. bella looked back to the butterbeer that was placed in front of her. "how is the ministry today?" bellatrix asked. she had always been insterested in his work. she wondered what it would be like to be minister of the magical world.

Draco gave her a small smile at her words. No matter how bad his day was going his daughter always managed to brighten his day. No matter what, he could always count on it. Never in his life did he ever imagine himself having a child, let alone two, and enjoying fatherhood. He had always feared he'd turn out out like his father, still had that fear, but his children, his daughter especially kept the evil tendencies at bay. Her question brought him out of his reverie. "I'm sorry, love can you ask the question again, I missed it."

she laughed when her father asked her to repeat the question. "how was the ministry today?" trixie asked with a giggle. she could tell that somethign was distracting him. bellatrix walked over to her father and sat next to him. "what happened daddy?" she asked. she could tell there had to be something wrong, he was never this distant. "how are things with mom?" she asked. before she had left this year she could sense a problems between her parents.

The ministry was well the ministry, hectic and stressful as usual. It just all decided to explode on me today. I had coffee spilt on me and my papers. I was late for some major meeting today and a whole bunch of other stuff." Draco said, taking another sip of his drink. He sighed, the soda he had order just wasn't cutting it he needed a stronger drink, but this would have to do. He made it a point never to drink infront of his kids. Something that kind of sucked sometimes.
Trixie's next question, the one about his marriage through him off slightly. He loved his wife yes...but he wasn't sure he was STILL in love with her. He could never leave her no...not while the kids were still young. But that didn't mean he couldn't find happiness elsewhere. Of course he would never tell his daughter this, so plastering a fake smile on his face he replied, "Of course, why do you ask?"

trixie smiled as he spoke of the stress at the ministry. "well that tends to happen when you control the wizarding world." she said witha bit of her lip. at the end of the next answer to her question she knew there was somethign off. "i dont know." she started. "when we left for the train you and mom barely spoke." trixie added. "and when scorpius and i got on the train you didn't put your arm around her." she said. ever since she was little and saw scorpius leave for school her father had always put his arm around his wife when the train started to leave. however this year he did not.

Draco laughed at her words, "I don't control the wizarding world, love. I simply guide it." He sighed inwardly, he really didn't want to say on the subject of his wife and he, but his daugher wouldn't let it go. He listened to her words and thought back. Had all this really happen? Was his daughter really this observant or was he just that obvious in his lack of affection for his wife. He couldn't be sure, but there was one thing he could do. Something he had learn from his years of being a politicitian. Deny, Deny, Deny, and that is what he did. "It was just you're imagination darling." He felt slightly bad for lying to his daughter but well, it was just a little white lie. what harm could it do.

"well i think you should control the wizarding world." trixie said with a creepy smirk. she wondered if that was the wrong thing to do since she didn't think her father knew her affliation just yet. bellatrix still had the slight nag in her mind but clearly her father wanted to drop the subject. she smiled and nodded her head. "i guess it was." trixie said. she took a sip of her butterbeer and sighed. "you should owl scorpius. i haven't seen him much so far." bellatrix said. she missed her brother, he was a friend to her. however she was sure he'd be around soon. trixie shivered slightly from a breeze that came by her.

Draco didn't know what to say at first, her words shocking him in to silence for a few seconds. He laughed taking them as a joke, refusing to believe that his sweet innocent daughter would ever side with evil, "I'm glad you think so darlin'" He was glad when she change the subject, as he didn't like the topic at all. His son Scorpious now that was a subject he enjoyed. "Well thats not good," He said when she said that she hadn't seen her brother in a while, "I'll owl him when I get back to the office." He hadn't talked to his son in a while either. He hoped everything was okay with him.

trixie smiled when her father hadn't made mention of her words. she nodded her head when he said he would be owled once he got to work. "yes hopefully hearing from you will perk him up a bit." she said. trixie sighed as her butterbeer was gone. she looked around and saw ryan over in the corner. trixie gave a small wave to him hoping her father wouldn't see it. bella wasn't sure how her father would take to her dating.

Draco nodded at her words and took a small sip of his forgotten drink. It was watered down and he made a small disgusted face. Waving the waiter down he ordered another one. As he waited for his drink his eyes flashed over towards Trixie and saw her wave at some boy. Draco narrowed his eyes slightly. Not one to jump to concluisions without knowing the whole story, he opened his mouth to question her, "Whose that?" he asked,

when her father asked who she waved to her stomach dropped. "oh um, just a guy..." bellatrix started. "that i went on a date with." she finished with a rush. she hoped her father wouldn't over react. she had never been on a date before so she never thought about her dad. trixie could only imagine what he would do when she did finally lose her virginity. luckily she wasn't ready for that just yet.
